Pavel Ilyasov
Founder and CEO
Graduating from Texas A&M University in 1995, Pavel started his career as a petroleum engineer at S.A. Holditch and then BP, and gradually moved to technical management, team management, and functional and general management positions at Schlumberger, ConocoPhillips and TNK-BP. Overall, he has worked across multiple functions and roles including asset valuation, M&A, negotiations, business development, technical sales, strategic planning, general management, operating E&P and oilfield service companies, upstream and downstream. As a result, he has a solid understanding of multiple aspects and drivers of the oil & gas industry, and the interconnections among its various components and functions.
